DBRS rates Plenary bonds A

DBRS said it assigned provisional ratings of A to the proposed $167.4 million short-term senior bonds and the $838.2 million long-term senior bonds of Plenary Properties LTAP LP.

The credit profile incorporates well-balanced construction and operating phases that both exhibit characteristics consistent with an A rating, according to the agency.
