Pembina Pipeline mulls hybrid securities, redemption of preferreds

Detroit, Jan. 11 – Pembina Pipeline Corp. is considering an offering of hybrid subordinated securities under its short-form base shelf prospectus filed on Dec. 30, according to a press release.

Proceeds would go toward the redemption of the company’s cumulative redeemable minimum rate reset class A preferreds, series 11 and series 13.

Calgary, Alta.-based Pembina Pipeline is a transportation and midstream service provider to the energy industry.
