Partner Communications buys back NIS 14.11 million series E notes

Norfolk, Va., March 29 – Partner Communications Co. Ltd. repurchased NIS 14,109,498 of its series E notes on Monday under its buyback plan announced in October, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Partner bought back the notes at 107.12 for a total payment of NIS 15.1 million.

The purchased notes will be delisted from trading.

As previously reported, the company bought back NIS 24,061,422 of the notes at 107.3 for a total payment of NIS 25.8 million on March 23 and NIS 93,040,218 of the notes at 107.3 for a total payment of NIS 100 million on March 22.

Partner said on Oct. 21 that it may repurchase up to NIS 250 million of series B, C and E notes over one year.

The company’s board of directors approved the buyback plan, which allows it to repurchase the notes until Oct. 19, 2016. It may buy back the notes in open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
