PA Resources applies to delist krona bond from Nasdaq Stockholm

By Mark Reccek

Bethlehem, Pa., Jan. 25 – PA Resources AB announced Friday that it submitted an application to delist its krona-denominated bond from Nasdaq Stockholm exchange, according to a new release.

The delisting comes after the company received unanimous approval to change the terms and conditions of the bond, the release said.

Also, the release noted, the changes have led to reduced financial reporting requirements, resulting in savings for the company.

In the application, PA Resources said the final day for trading on the exchange is Feb. 1. However, it also said the final trading day will ultimately be determined by Nasdaq Stockholm's approval of the application.

After the delisting, the bond can still be traded over the counter, the company said.

PA Resources is an oil and gas company based in Stockholm.
