Organic Remedies gets $22 million credit facility via AFC Management

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 10 – Organic Remedies, Inc. obtained a $22 million credit facility, according to a press release from lender AFC Management, LLC.

The facility consists of a first-lien term loan that may be drawn over a one-year period.

The loan will be secured by first-lien mortgages on Organic Remedies’ real estate properties and other commercial-security interests.

Proceeds will be used to complete the build out of Organic Remedies’ cultivation and processing facility and build out three additional dispensaries.

Organic Remedies is a Pennsylvania-based cultivator and retailer of medical cannabis, with dispensaries in Enola, Pa., York, Pa., and Chambersburg, Pa.
