New Issue: Province of Ontario prices $1 billion 3.375% three-year bonds at Treasuries plus 94.25 bps

Omaha, May 16 - Province of Ontario priced $1 billion 3.375% three-year bonds on Friday to yield Treasuries plus 94.25 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The non-callable bonds (Aa1/AA/) priced at 99.854 to yield 3.427%.
Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Toronto-Dominion Bank.
Co-managers were Scotia Capital, CIBC World Markets and National Bank Financial Inc.
