S&P: Oneok stock sale expected

Standard & Poor's said Wednesday that Oneok Inc.'s (A-/stable/A-2) sale of $150 million of common stock is in line with expectations for steps to be taken by the company to strengthen its balance sheet.

The A- corporate credit rating and stable outlook on the company reflect the expectation of further balance sheet strengthening over the next year, the agency added.
