Fitch assigns BBB to Oneok notes
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Oneok Inc.’s sale of senior unsecured notes.
The agency affirmed Oneok’s BBB ratings on March 20.
Oneok will use the proceeds for the cash consideration portion of the acquisition of Magellan Midstream Partners, LP and other merger-related costs.
The outlook is stable.
