Ohio National Financial Services to sell $300 million 10-year notes

New York, April 19 - Ohio National Financial Services Inc. announced a $300 million offering of 10-year notes on Monday with pricing "sometime this week," a source close to the sale said.
The Rule 144A notes (Baa1/A) will be sold by bookrunner Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Proceeds will be used to tender for 7% notes due 2011.
The insurance company is based in Cincinnati.
