New York, Feb. 22 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.25 million of autocallable contingent coupon notes due Feb. 20, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon of 6% per annum if each index closes at or above its 70% coupon trigger level on the determination date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
