North Rhine-Westphalia plans five-year notes via four bookrunners

Chicago, May 12 – The German State of North Rhine-Westphalia plans to sell dollar-denominated notes with a five-year tenor, according to an announcement.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities plc and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

The stabilization period for the notes begins May 12 and ends June 16.
