Los Angeles, March 3 – Norinchukin Bank priced $500 million of 5.43% five-year green notes with a spread of 110 basis points over Treasuries on Thursday, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 140 bps to 145 bps area and later revised to the Treasuries plus 130 bps area.
JPMorgan and Citigroup are the bookrunners.
The Japanese cooperative bank is based in Tokyo.
