Noble files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 18 - Noble Corp. and its subsidiaries, Noble Drilling Corp. and Noble Holding International Ltd., jointly filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration for the parent covers debt securities, preferred shares, depositary shares, ordinary shares, warrants and guarantees of debt securities. The registration for the subsidiaries covers debt securities and guarantees of debt securities.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Use of proceeds will be set forth in the applicable prospectus supplement.

Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Noble provides services, including contract drilling, for the oil and gas industry.
