New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million 8.6% yield notes linked to Dow Jones, NextEra Energy

New York, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.00 million of yield notes due Dec. 19, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and NextEra Energy, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.6%, paid monthly.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 65% trigger, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performing asset from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
