Province of New Brunswick files $1.63 billion debt securities shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., March 28 - The Province of New Brunswick filed a $1.63 billion debt securities shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $1.63 billion consists of $633.25 million in previously registered securities, with $1 billion of new securities.

Proceeds will be used for general provincial purposes.
