Province of New Brunswick plans to conduct offering of bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 4 – Province of New Brunswick intends to offer bonds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds are non-callable.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., RBC Capital Markets Corp., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general provincial purposes.
