Natural Resource Partners files automatic shelf

Chicago, Feb. 27 - Natural Resource Partners LP registered to sell an unspecified amount of securities in an S-3ASR automatic shelf filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common units, debt securities and guarantees of debt securities.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Natural Resource Partners is a Houston-based owner and manager of coal properties, and coal handling and transportation infrastructure.
