New Issue: National Australia Bank prices $1.75 billion 5.134% notes due 2028

Los Angeles, Nov. 21 – National Australia Bank Ltd. priced $1.75 billion of 5.134% covered notes due Nov. 28, 2028 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 98 basis points, or Treasuries plus 70.6 bps, on Monday, according to a market source.

National Australia Bank, BMO, Barclays, HSBC, RBC and TD are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The bank is based in Melbourne, Australia.
