Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 6 – National Australia Bank Ltd. priced $1.25 billion of 2.648% 20-year notes at a spread of Treasuries plus 95 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.
The notes priced on the tight side of guidance in the 125 bps spread area.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and National Australia Bank were the bookrunners.
National Australia Bank is a financial institution based in Melbourne.
