JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes tied to Nasdaq

Tacoma, Wash., July 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 22, 2022 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be at least 26.5% and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price July 19.
The Cusip number is 48132CXL2.
