JPMorgan to price capped buffered return enhanced notes tied to Nasdaq

Olympia, Wash., April 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be at least 19.25% and will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price April 25.
The Cusip number is 48130WS36.
