New Issue: Barclays prices $467,000 autocallable notes on two indexes, fund

Chicago, March 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $467,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Dec. 4, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 10.4% annualized premium if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par if each underlier finishes at or above 70% of its initial value.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
