New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.59 million capped notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, S&P
New York, Oct. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.59 million of 0% capped notes due April 17, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of that index, capped at par plus 18.5%.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
