New Issue: Barclays prices $252,000 barrier digital notes tied to Dow, Nasdaq, Russell

Chicago, Sept. 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $ $252,000of 0% barrier digital notes due March 9, 2028 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 60%
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
