New Issue: JPMorgan prices $700,000 0% buffered digital notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Chicago, Sept. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $700,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due April 3, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains or declines but by no more than its 30% buffer, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.15%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond its buffer.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
