New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.33 million review notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, S&P
New York, July 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.33 million of 0% review notes due July 21, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus a premium of 8.5% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above of its initial value on any quarterly review date starting July 18, 2024.
If the notes are not called and the worst performing index ends at or above its 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
