New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million digital barrier notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, April 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% digital barrier notes due April 15, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If all indexes finish at or above initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.3%. If any index falls below its initial level but finishes at or above its 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
