New Issue: Barclays prices $1.49 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Nasdaq-100

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.49 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 2, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 34%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 50% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 50%.
