New Issue: Citigroup Global prices $379,000 5.5% callable contingent coupon notes on indexes
Chicago, Aug. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $379,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due Dec. 26, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 5.5% paid monthly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called at par starting June 21, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 65% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
