New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.94 million uncapped dual directional digital barrier notes tied to indexes

Chicago, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.94 million of 0% uncapped dual directional digital accelerated barrier notes due April 6, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be tired to the index with the worst performance.

If the worst performer finishes above 135% of its initial level, investors will receive par plus the 35% digital return and then an additional 1.15% for each 1% gain of the index beyond the 135% return.

If the worst performer finishes above its initial level, but below 135% of its initial level, investors will receive par plus the 35% digital return.

If the least performing index falls by no more than 30% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the return of that index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
