New Issue: JPMorgan sells $500,000 capped dual directional buffered notes on indexes

New York, Nov. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 9, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the return of the worse performing index, up to a par plus 23% maximum upside return.
If either index falls but by no more than 20% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worse performing index.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the worse performing index beyond the 20% buffer.
