Barclays to price buffered digital notes on Nasdaq, Dow

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 17 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 23, 2021 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index gains, finishes flat or declines by no more than 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 11.7%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index beyond the 10% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 18.

The Cusip number is 06747QE78.
