Fitch gives Mizuho notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it gave an A- rating to Mizuho Markets Cayman LP's (MMC) $33 million of senior guaranteed notes due Nov. 21, 2025. Mizuho is selling the notes under Mizuho Bank Ltd.’s $10 billion medium-term note program.

The rating is aligned with Mizuho Bank’s A- issuer default rating because it guarantees the notes.

The outlook is stable.
