Los Angeles, April 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $95,000 of 0% notes due April 1, 2027 linked to the Motif Capital Artificial Intelligence 8 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
