McAfee to launch $324 million and €150 million term loans on Monday

New York, Dec. 1 – McAfee LLC will hold a lender call on Monday to launch a $324 million incremental covenant-light first-lien term loan B and a €150 million incremental covenant-light first-lien term loan B, according to a market source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs Bank USA and UBS Investment Bank are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of Skyhigh Networks, a cloud access security broker.

McAfee is a Santa Clara, Calif.-based cybersecurity company.
