Chicago, Oct. 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 0% buffered participation securities due Oct. 27, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive 50% of any index percent change if the index declines, subject to a minimum payout of $500 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
