Chicago, Sept. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $428,000 of 0% market PLUS notes due Sept. 2, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the index return if the final value of the index is greater than its initial level.
If the index declines, investors will receive par plus 50% of the negative index percent change.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
