Morgan Stanley plans partial principal at risk notes tied to Euro Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., May 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due June 3, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 137% of the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be at least 50% and will be set at pricing.

If the index finishes below its initial level, investors will be exposed to the decline, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price May 31.

The Cusip number is 61768D8J7.
