New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.37 million buffered PLUS tied to Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.37 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 22, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain, capped at par plus 20.55%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond the buffer.
