Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 4, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 225% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
