New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $500,000 buffered PLUS with cap tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain up to a maximum return of $1,205 per $1,000 PLUS.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.
