New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5.51 million three-year jump autocalls on Amazon

Chicago, July 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.51 million of 0% jump notes with autocallable feature due July 2, 2021 linked to the Amazon.com, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 12% if the stock closes at or above initial level on any review date after six months.

If the stock finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $13.60 per $10.00 note.

If the stock falls by up to the 80% downside threshold, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
