Morgan Stanley to price enhanced trigger jump notes on Amazon, Netflix

Morgantown, W.Va., May 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due May 13, 2020 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. and Netflix, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each stock finishes at or above its 75% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside payment of 41.35%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing stock.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 8.

The Cusip number is 61768Q353.
