Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 18 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1,795,000 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Dec. 9, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus any index gain, subject to a maximum payout of $1,380 per note.
If the index declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $975 per security.
