New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $11.08 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $11.08 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due July 14, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,360 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
