Morgan Stanley plans autocallable securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, June 8 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% autocallable securities due June 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be called at $1,240 per $1,000 note if the index closes at or above 105% of its initial level on June 28, 2019.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain.

If the index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price June 27.

The Cusip number is 61766BAZ4.
