New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3 million market-linked notes tied to Invesco ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 23 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3 million of 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2027 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 41.55%.

If the ETF falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, with UBS Financial Services Inc. acting as dealer.
