Chicago, Sept. 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $970,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Oct. 12, 2023 linked to the common stock of Generac Holdings Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the final stock level is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 60% of the initial stock level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 23.3%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines from its initial level.
