New York, April 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.88 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due April 17, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 31.25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
