New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $338,000 jump notes with autocall on MAP Trend

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $338,000 of 0% jump notes with autocallable feature due March 31, 2027 linked to the performance of the Morgan Stanley MAP Trend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 7.5% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual observation date. The call level starts at 102.5% of initial level and increases by 2.5% per year.

At maturity, if the index finishes above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the index return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
